This formulation comprises natural, food-grade emulsifiers and stabilizers supplied in powder form. It is designed to work with our laboratory, bench, and industrial ultrasonic processors and includes step-by-step processing instructions. NanoStabilizer®-LSSP is tasteless and makes it possible to easily and quickly produce permanently stable, fully water-soluble nanoemulsions with median droplet sizes typically in the range of 60–250 nm (depending on the extract type and quality). Water-soluble powders obtained by drying these nanoemulsions readily reconstitute into the original liquid when mixed with water.
